Equipped with ROS based software that enables remote control, moving along predefined paths, and autonomous movement AgAR represents an ideal multipurpose robotic platform. It is designed to accommodate extensive variety of payloads, customized to meet precision agriculture needs.
Due to rugged design and high torque drive train AgAR is able to cover rough terrain with high gradient slopes even with large payloads.

Unlike existing robotic systems, the proposed one can be tailored to cover more different agriculture operations, enabling lower investment costs to cover different precision agriculture and customer needs.

GROUND CLEARANCE
Adaptation
Ability to change clearance from the ground, thus adapting to different crops height and different operations in precision agriculture. Introducing height adjustment will enable one robot to be used for different crops as well at different stages of plant growth. This allows more agriculture operations to be robotized, thus lowering costs and human effort.

WHEELS REPOSITIONING
Different crop distance
Ability to reposition wheels to adapt to different crop row distance. Regardless how far the rows are apart, AgAR will adapt thus enable its usage for multiple crops.

PLATFORM LEVELING
Horizontal position
Ability to level the top platform to horizontal position for slopes of up to 30° in lateral and traverse direction, thus facilitating the integration/control of attachments that perform agricultural operations. Increased stability of the robot and reduced possibility of overturning/falling of the load.

High gradient slopes
Ability to cover rough terrain with high gradient slopes due to powerful drivetrain and rugged design with best in class maximal payload. Agriculture traction tires and low ground pressure enable movement event in the harshest environments.

Improved autonomy compared to existing robots due to 230 Ah, 48V LiFePO4 main battery and possibility to install additional battery allows for unprecedent run time. Battery swap technology maximize the operational time.
