The Agar robot, invented and built by experts from the Niš company 'Coming' and professors from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Niš, will be able to perform almost all agricultural tasks – it will be able to plow, plant, spray, irrigate, and harvest fruit.

Agar Will Be Available for Sale on the Domestic Market by the End of the Year

"Agar is expected to mow one hectare in five to six hours, and that’s without human presence. It is designed to operate 24 hours nonstop, and people do not need to constantly control it. This product is intended for small and medium farms, as larger areas require larger machines. It will also be affordable for smaller and medium farms. Robots currently sold worldwide are much more expensive."

According to Simonović, Agar will be available for sale on the domestic market by the end of the year, and there are expectations for sales on the global market after the agricultural fair in Hanover.
